TLC Training & Fitness, LLC is the personal training brand of Tomica L Carter, who brings 35+ years of fitness and training experience to her clients. The brand was in need of a visual system that would represent its values of holistic daily movement, positive attitudes towards fitness, and faith in the process of building strength.
The brand's audience encompasses everyday Americans: people who care about their health, but aren’t typically considered “fitness nuts.” Often, clients are older folks who are seeking better overall mobility and quality of life.

Ball Team Records is a new project from NYC music industry veteran Shane Harris. Drawing on his deep love and knowledge of hip-hop and basketball culture, the label focuses on promoting and releasing energizing indie hip-hop that pushes the envelope.
Taking inspiration from classic hip-hop labels and artists, the brand identity uses a stripped-down, focused visual language to convey a sense of grounded power and energy. It mixes in a number of influences, from the Wu-Tang Clan to the Sacramento Kings, in order to fit in with long-standing tradition while also making a bold new statement of its own.

Misfit Kava Bar is a vibrant cornerstone of the Bushwick (NYC) art and music community. They were in need of a brand language to unify their messaging while capturing their laid-back, creative spirit.
The bar’s owners love decorating the space with vintage thrift-store items, and they serve tropical-inspired cocktails. Their audience is young, eclectic, artistic, and intellectual. These insights led me to combine funky typography, a 60s “flower-girl” vintage aesthetic, and a tropical color palette.
